Rethreaded has waited a long time to arrive where we are now: because of our supporters we have completed the largest hiring round in our history as an organization. At the end of June, we hired FIVE, incredible women. This moment in our history was made possible because of the continued support from our customers, community, donors and business partners. When you buy a scarf, tell a friend about our mission, or donate; you make momentous occasions such as this, possible. 

When a new survivor staff starts at Rethreaded she has immediate access to multiple services such as: Dental, Mental Health, Medical, Chiropractic, Acupuncture and a Survivor-only support group. At the start of entering our Survivor Advocate Program, new ladies are able to choose which career track they would like to pursue. Many of our staff started in either production, inventory (check out how they will be making our leather products here), or sales. When they begin, they are paired up with someone with experience in that area and are able to learn and grow from them. It is amazing to see how many new friendships are already forming. 

While your help is what brought us to this point, we need your help to continue on this path we are on. We need your investment to continue investing into these women and the women who are still out there.
