This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Rethreaded Inc collects, uses, maintains, protects and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the https://rethreaded.com website (“Site”). This privacy policy applies to information we collect on this Site and in email, text, and other electronic messages between you and this Site. This policy does not apply to information that we collect offline or information that you provide to or is collected by any third party. Our privacy policy was last updated and posted on 10/11/18.

Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it.

Under current data protection laws, we are not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer as set forth in the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”). However, we have appointed a Data Protection Contact who you may contact with questions in relation to this Privacy Policy.

Children Under the Age of 13
Our Website is not intended for children under 13 years of age and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. International Transfers
If you are located in the European Economic Area (“EEA”)

To deliver services and products to you, we must transfer your personal information outside of the EEA to our affiliated firms and our third-party services located in the United States of America (“USA”).

You hereby consent to the transfer of your Personal Information from the EEA to the USA. Please note that the European Commission has determined that allowing non-EU data controllers who are not members of the U.S.-E.U. Privacy Shield to transfer personal data from the EEA to the USA present risks to the security of your personal data. Your Rights

Request Access to, Correction, or Erasure of Your Personal Data
